1. Who you are contracting with

Mirra is operated by Aura Miel LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Mirra you enter into an agreement with Aura Miel LLC. If you are using Mirra on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What Mirra provides

Mirra is a personal styling and morning-routine membership. It stores the wardrobe items and preferences you give it, suggests daily outfits from those items, generates a beauty routine timed backwards from when you need to leave, sends routine reminders, and shows daily affirmations. Suggestions are guidance, not professional, medical, or dermatological advice.

3. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use Mirra you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and close your account.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@mirra.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Mirra for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• upload photos or content you do not have the rights to, or that infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• upload unlawful, harassing, or explicit imagery;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, load testing, reverse engineering, or circumventing plan limits;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, wardrobe details, and preferences you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We may remove content that breaches these terms. Repeated infringement of another party's rights may lead to account termination; rights holders can raise a takedown request at support@mirra.app.

7. Our intellectual property

Aura Miel LLC retains all rights in the Mirra software, content, routine logic, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Mirra within your active membership.

8. Payment, billing and subscription terms

Membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription of $17 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our own Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep Mirra available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product develops. Reminders depend on your device and browser settings and may not always be delivered.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When your membership ends you can export your wardrobe list and photos for 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura Miel LLC is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions: support@mirra.app.
